The Kitchen...

Shaun Margan is Vinyls new Head Chef. He has been working with us for quite soime time now and has recently stepped up to lead the team in the kitchen. He is responsible, along with Jason Hall from the Copthorne Resort in Paihia, for our stunning new style of quisine.

Shaun brings with him a vast array of experience, both in NZ and overseas and a genuine enthusiasm and passion for his craft. Working with him are Quilla McQuarrie and Alex Lewis.


And at the Front-of-House we have...
Helen Smith (owner) - with over 12 years experience in hospitality - 9 of them running her own restaurant, Helen brings good experience, humour, and a genuine desire to see her customers happy and returning again and again. She has created a customer database by which she can keep in touch with you regarding special events or simply news and views. When you come in for a meal, ask the staff if you can fill out a customer card.

Dan Mullenger (barman extraordinair) - with several years experience in hospitality, Dan is the man when it comes to looking after his customers - if you are in the mood for a cocktail - just ask! Dan has created a fun and funky cocktail list but if it is a classic you are after, he can do that too.

Tatiana Gossen, Brittany Richardson, Zoe Clayton and Emma Smith.- will look after you when you arrive and make sure you leave with a smile on your face.
